In this tutorial you will learn how to sign in to Licorval’s user authentication service known as ‘Licorval Login’. The process occurs in 3 steps:
First step:
CPNP does not support social networks (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Second Step:
Please note that logging in with your Login username is no longer possible. Only your email address can be used.
Third Step:
CPNP does not support authentication methods other than ‘Password’ (e.g. mobile phone, token, etc.).
If you receive an error message, check your email address and password. If the problem persists, consult the helpdesk or ensure that you have a valid Licorval Login account associated with this email address.
